| In view of the new trends in the global economy, the
Finnish-Nigerian Friendship Association in cooperation with
the Nigerian Embassy in Sweden organized an inauguration
seminar in Helsinki on the 14th September, 2006
at the International Cultural Centre (CAISA) theme "Nigeria
and Investment opportunities in the new millennium".
The ceremony had presentations from special guest speakers on investment related topics. (i) Finnish cooperation strategy for West Africa:Mr Claus J. Lindroos, Department for Africa and the Middle East, Ministry for Foreign Affairs.
